Like a bunch of grapes on a vine, nature creates beauty through variation within repetition. Grappa uses two base elements to allow the creation of larger formations, whilst achieving a subtle variation. A frosted finish applied to the glass allows the light source to glow from within.

Claesson Koivisto Rune

Founded in Stockholm in 1995 by Mårten Claesson, Eero Koivisto and Ola Rune, it started as an architectural office but has since become multi-disciplinary, which in this case means that product design is also practiced with anequal emphasis. As the first Swedish office to have exhibited in the international section at the Venice Architecture Biennale, in 2004, they are also responsible for award-winning projects such as the Tind Prefab house collection for Fiskarhedenvillan. Product designs by Claesson Koivisto Rune are manufactured by international companies such as Arflex, Boffi, Cappellini, Living Divani, Tacchini, Wästberg, among others. To date, 12 books have been published focusing solely on their work.
