Pied-à-terre in Miami Beach

Designed by Alessandro Isola, this two-bedroom boutique apartment at the Edition, a prestigious oceanfront tower in Miami Beach, seamlessly merges the outdoor and the indoor, forming a connection between the natural elements of Miami Beach and elegant pieces of contemporary design.

The social heart of the apartment is enclosed in the living room with its floor-to-ceiling windows providing a breath-taking ocean view. Matching the sleek and luxurious style of the building, the room consists of a predominately white space infused by a sea-like colour palette. The furniture choice animates the room with changing patterns depending on the time of the day, creating a pure environment characterised by a continuous play of natural light and architecture.

The crystalline blue sea and the beige sand interlace with the design of Flow[T] by Nao Tamura, which mirror the colour of the location and gently fluctuate over the dining table. Originally inspired by light reflections on the surface of the water, the chandelier integrates natural elements into a modern environment.
